Katherine is a certified Gyrotonic® Instructor and was introduced to Gyrotonic® through her involvement with Sabrina Vaz & Traditional Pilates of Cape Cod. She feels it is an exercise system that connects a natural flow to the physical structure while promoting integration of the mind and body opening the client to self-understanding. Ms. Chaffee graduated from Elizabethtown College, Magnum Cum Laude, and is a certified Reiki Master. Katherine has been committed to heath and wellness for the past thirty years, She was a long distance runner who ran numerous marathons including two Boston Marathons. She is Gyro tonic and TAP Pilates certified. and has always focused on the mind-body connection in her work Incorporating nutrition, meditation & visualization. She feels that thoughts, words and actions impact heath and wholeness.
